I'm looking for
a story that ran sometime ago......
For the most part, articles aren't
kept very long on Group Multi Brand
websites due to the heavy demands
that archiving would put on our staff
and technical resources. For more
information about finding items on
the site, see the Search
section. And if you're looking for
an old story from any part of Group
Multi Brand, there is fee-based, searchable
archive of our website at the lahautecouture.com
site available at http://www.lahautecouture.com/archives/index.htm.
Or you might consider a professional
search by the Group Multi Brand
News Research Centre.

How do I send
a Letter to the Editor of a Group Multi brand website?
We are striving to make sure each
website has a prominent link on
its home page featuring email
addresses for each editor, letters,
and circulation information.
Oops! I found a mistake
With a site this size, there could
in fact be an error or two that
slips through. Again, we'd appreciate
your input and help by giving
the complete URL of the problem
page, the time of day and as much
information as you can provide:
Was it a spelling error? A bad
link to an image? An error of
fact? Please address it to the
relevant producer or webmaster
using the list above.

How often is
the site updated?
Group Multi Brand websites are staffed around the clock
and our stories and photos are constantly
changing.
If your browser is bringing up
old material from any Group Multi Brand website, it may
be because of something called
"caching," where pages that have
been visited before are stored
on your hard drive -- the browser
tries to save you time by loading
it from memory (cache) instead
of bringing it from across the
Web.
If you suspect the page you are
at may have changed since your
last visit, simply hit the RELOAD
button on most browsers. If that
doesn't help, clear out your cache
or set your cache size to zero
(under the browser's Options,
Configurations or Preferences
menus).
Another possibility is that your
Internet Service Provider or your
office's LAN may be using a cache
server.
